Aerial photos that show what a ground shot can't: the whole lot, the neighborhood, the mountain views, and how everything fits together.
The Franklin Mountains behind the house. The valley spread out below it. A backyard that's bigger than it looks from the street. From the curb, a buyer sees a front door. From the air, they see the lot, the pool, the neighborhood, and the mountains, which is usually what they're paying for.
That's why drone comes with every photo package we sell. You never have to pick between ground and air, and every listing goes out with at least a couple of aerials that give buyers the full picture before they ever drive by.
Every photo package includes drone. Basic comes with 2 aerial shots, and Gold and Platinum come with 7, alongside bright HDR photos of the inside and outside. Gold and Platinum also include a listing website and marketing materials. Every rate is on our pricing page.
For raw land, empty lots, and properties where the land is the selling point. The Lot Shoot covers the parcel from the air and the ground so buyers can see the size, the shape, and what's around it.
Book photos and video for the same listing and buyers get both the full picture and the feeling of walking through. See our real estate video packages.
